Everybody knows that China is on top of us, especially those who remember when we had an industry and many of us had a job, not writing essays in an air-conditioned office, but producing useful goods that worked properly and lasted for a long time.
I still have half dozen of so of pegs, just clothes-pegs, since before the best treasurer in the all world became PM and gave us a something or other that ‘we had to have’ and with it container after container of shoddy imports, cheap yes, but so nasty as to be good only for land-fill.
Where was the army of graduates from the schools of economics, diploma in hand, protesting against Chairman Paul?
Now you, man of the pen, all dressed up, tell us stories of facts so evident that we must hide to avoid.
If you economists are frightened of hurting your masters, you do not have to repeat and repeat yourselves.
A story about the daytime saving, to illuminate us commoners on what we actually save by moving our clock forward or backward and how much of it, would do.
