Law should construct truth from fragmented evidences. But what do we see in reality.? Lawyers in courts are found to indulge in twisting truth out of shape that may culminate in injustice.Lawyer's criminal mentality to interpret law favoring his or her client at the cost of justice is not the purpose of legal system.

Current investigations in to things in Victoria under line you have made a good point
Doubt we will ever change much a royal commision long ago in NSW saw a law giver tok cash to release a big name criminal

That's how it should be but when the Lawyers force the Judiciary's hand with plea bargains etc. then the Law either dilutes or thickens Justice ! So, where's Justice ?
