Thank you for writing such a positive article. It is good to be able to read a positive view of generational difference. I feel that the younger generation have so many more tools for communicating with a much wider audience. I work with two people in their early 20s and I am so often amazed by how quickly and simply they can grasp new concepts and take on new technologies. I also work with many people who are in their 50s and 60s who are very conservative when it comes to taking on new ideas and using different formats for communication. There tends to be a negative perspective towards the use of facebook, twitter and YouTube when it comes to communication.
