The role of a modern CEO is simple. Take as much as possible for as little as possible.

If a CEO can find ways of making an extra 100 millions dollars by pushing prices up and cutting customer service and fool the public that they are doing customers a favour then they are worth a few million dollars in bonuses.

It is a fine line between screwing the public to the max and pushing a bit too far so the whole thing collapses. And when the whole pack of cards does collapse it is the public that pays not the CEO.

Yep, Dav'y, just reading how the Wall St gamblers made modern capitalism collapse like a deck of cards.

Thought they included the Rockefellers and Morgans who before the Great Depression had the sense to pull out before the end of the Roaring Twenties buying up cheap during the Miserable Thirties.

But then again, mate, the Rocker's and Morgans don't really need to be gamblers to get on, do they?

The one still Standing when the Goop hits the fan .

The one still standing when Lazy Gov't introduces protections for Investors .

The one who demonstrates Integrity , what is your "GO" a Man or a Pig .

Is the man who invested our money in Sub Prime Investments , a Pig , a Man or perhaps a Hyena , remember the Lion is the "King of the Jungle" . Yet the Hyena robs the Lion ? How did the Lion become Rex ?
The Hyena is a Robber who always wins .
All these CEO's were unconscionable Hyena's , even when their Companies were lost they had the Gall to front up to our Gov't for Company Assistance to pay their Bonuses , and they succeeded....what?

Who picks up the purse for the Hyenas largess .
The ones with no say thats who the Bourgeoisie and the Proletariat .

Everything we do in our lives is encumbered by Ethics , Rules and Laws
no so for the Company Hyenas . How did they become Rex .

Time now is for our Leaders to act , elevate the People to at least Lions ...commanding Respect , put a leash on the Hyenas .
