There is this predesposed thinking that all child abuse associted to drug use is by the illicit drug user what the alcohol users & licit drug users & then what about the child abusers that dont use any of those drugs at all what's their excuse

Prohibition is half the problem.
This is now the 2nd generation of the half-arsed war of society against itself. Too many funds available to crimminals who can then push to their hearts content. We haven't had a clean police force since the "war on (some) drugs" began. Reduce the profit, reduce the availability.
GBH was banned a few years ago, prior to this there were few, if any deaths. Prohibition put it on the distribution list and now kids are dying. This is the typical pattern of substance prohibition.
Putting the most dangerous chemicals into the hands of the most ruthless crims is just plain bloody stupid!
But we wouldn't want to "send the wrong message" now would we? Better that cimminal organisations get easy funds and the wrong sort join the police force. Better that society wages war on itself than "give in" to the users. </sarcasm>

What doesn't nobody want to comment all child abuse is not confined to just the illicit drug user many of the peadophiles don't use the drugs but pump them into the kids to have thier way with them One of the biggest offenders of this is the cocaine trade but this is not to say that all cocaine users are peadophiles it is time that we got to the realm that there is exceptions to every rule it is time to look at all people as individuals & treat them that way
