I agree that our gaols are getting not only overcrowded but is an incubator for more crime when released. some who have gone in there with a nice nature find it hardening by the rough conditions and mixing with hardened criminals .I would like to see help for some offenders and a program where victims can also be compensated by the ones who have committed the crime. perhaps working to pay back either what they stole or damaged.
