Having a relative in hospital now this blog reflects what I am cuurently observing.

A system stretched to the limits, staff morale at rock bottom because of a lack of resources and support. Genuinely caring people so at the end of their tether they just don't have the resources to care any more.

This is so well written, and full of hope and it has made me smile in the face of what for me is a tough time. Thank you. It gives me hope and has encouraged me to keep serching out the gems in the system. They are definately there and they need our support, thanks and encouragement.
