STEPHAN, bearing in mind the immediate need for Indigenous teachers to hold students at school ,i wonder if recruitment of understanding MAURI TEACHERS could help as a temporary measure.
They have had similar problems but against considerable odds ,have managed to go forward politically and socially while retaining much of their Culture.
PERHAPS to fire things up in the mean time we could start with an AUSTRALIA WIDE Indigenous Competion [ENCOURAGED BY THE SPORTS MINDED PM ??] to produce our own Australian " HAKA"!!
