I trust no-one will object to some comments from across the Tasman!
Our communities share the same needs, I am sure.

I have been interested in the Peckham Experiment and its principles
for many years, and this article sums it up very succinctly.

I especially like the breaking down of age barriers, and the de-emphasis of competitive sports. Nothing wrong with them, but when those of us who are less than excellent just sit back in our armchairs and watch TV it is not making us healthy or happy. Activity should be fun!

Anyone sharing the same thoughts is welcome to write
