Suicide? No. It's murder. And the murderers are politicians who continue to blunder on towards killing off Western countries, despite opposition from their victims - the people they are supposed to be serving.

WTF?

Yet again this bloke.

"The zero-emission movement has the delusion that JUST electricity generated from wind and solar can replace refineries and the crude oil that they process to support the variety of products and fuels in our materialistic society".

Has anybody ever said this except for alarmists like Ronald Stein?

This article is yet another false dilemma from this clown - attacking an all-or-nothing strawman.

Nobody's suggesting we stop using oil altogether.

And ironically, if we stop burning it up in millions of vehicles every day, it'll be around a lot longer for the production of the very things this bloke claims won't be around unless we do.

It takes a special kind of person to think that we can't utilise oil for manufacturing if we don't burn it in vehicles.

Thanks for the own-goal, Ronald. I'll add it to my list of justifications for de-carbonisation.

Regarding the use of renewable fuels like ammonia, that on its own could be suicidal for both crew and environment. This article outlines the dangers. Probably orders of magnitude more dangerous than high level nuclear waste.

The Green Pioneer is currently on a world tour. I'm not sure what to compare it to, the Hindenburg zeppelin or the Exon Valdez. Perhaps both?
