Before we can discuss solutions, we need to have the problem(s) well defined, for which we seek the solutions.

The ongoing war in Gaza, with all the pain that goes with it for both sides, some of which you mentioned, is a solution, temporary at least, for Netanyahu's problem of being on a trajectory into jail on corruption charges.

Please elabourate what problem(s) precisely were you concerned about, which the revolting methods you mentioned can presumably solve.
