Trump would not even be considered as a qualified/suitable leader in any other Western democracy. So too with most/all of those he has chosen for cabinet, diplomatic and administrative appoitments.

Trumpty Dumpty has of course trashed ALL of the normative conventions upon which a civilized culture depends for its peaceful functioning.

Once those conventions have been trashed then all-the-kings-horses-and-all-the-kings-men can never ever put those conventions back together again.
Even more so when much/most of the culture wars shouting matches are now driven by social-media which is full of deliberately provocative lies and mis-information. Musk's X specializes in this trope, as does Facebook now that any former pretense of fact-checking has been removed.

What makes Trump a better operator is the fact that he didn't get indoctrinated by bureaucratic idiocy like 99% of bureaucrats climbing the ladder via the Peter Principle where merit is a no no.
