And yet, in more recent years, poll after poll says Australian voters now trust America not China. Tsk tsk. Send them all off to the ANU for the correct re-education.

The biggest sponsor for terrorism is not America, it's the West collectively through lack of foresight unintended consequences.
Germany's push for opening Europe's borders was was a real stroke of luck for intended terrorism. All instigated by highly educated experts without common sense. The Woke are sending whole Nations into suicide mode & the "educated" are celebrating causing their own downfall ! They just don't know it yet ! Incorrect, while there have been a few itchy finger triggers, by a few rogue operators. That's not the US.
Nor can we label any democracy as a terrorist nation, that description belongs to nations led by a single dictatorial strongman or radical Islamists. Examples include, Russia and Iran. Alan B. Posted by Alan B., Monday, 26 February 2024 12:05:59 PM

Richard's assertion that the US is easily the world's most dangerous terrorist organization is certainly true, see:
http://thirdworldtraveler.com/Blum/KillingHope_page.html But much of the rest of his essay is definitely questionable especially in regards to the social and economic freedoms of the masses. It is effectively a 24/7 surveillance state and a hugely enormous environmental disaster zone too. Its continued prosperity depends on plundering the undeveloped countries even while pretending to help develop them. Posted by Daffy Duck, Monday, 26 February 2024 1:57:42 PM

IMHO both the US and Israel rank equally for the title.

You are all just waffling around the problem of terrorism.
I suggest you just you just fire up your search engine and look for Robert Spencer's book "The History of Jihad". Then buy it. You will then understand most of what is going on not just in the Middle East but in the "West" in general. Having read it I know how impossible it is to get a conventional settlement between the Islamist Arabs and Israel and Western Democracies in general. So stop arguing about irrelevancies and get to the knub of the problem. Posted by Bezza, Monday, 26 February 2024 3:18:43 PM
