Braveheart re-emerges in Fiji : Comments

By Stuart Ballantyne, published 1/8/2023

Iinstead of meekly following in the meandering footsteps of the two bedwetting big brothers, Australia and New Zealand, Rabuka has decided to grasp the nettle and handle his challenges in order of priority.

Should be more self-reliant independence around the Pacific. Almost every island state has beach sand and in that beach sand, commercial quantities of thorium. Which should allow self-sufficient non diesel power at 3 cents or less PKWH. Which would support all manner of cottage industries, many manufacturing and assembly options.

Nuclear power that cheap and abundant would allow seawater to be converted into all manner of alternative fuels and or hydrogen. And fertilizer and endlessly sustainable plastics. And that's just the tip of the iceberg.

"Despite high ranking Naval officers and a multitude of media at that conference, Australia ignored Rabuka's suggestions."

Yeah. Isn't marvellous how our multiculturalism virtue signallers and claimed respecters of other cultures don't take any notice of what other cultures and countries think is best for them.

We are not "too stupid", but our political class certainly is.

- And the government would slap on another 30c as tax
(1000% increase on cost price)
and present themselves as the savior to all our problems saying 'we helped reduce prices by 10%'
- And then they'd give themselves a payrise
