Saw a couple of shows, wasn't impressed and not my cup of tea. Noted that the man had an ego that was a danger to shipping.

From the little I know of Jerry, I would say he LIVED.
He was active and involved throughout his life?
He dipped his toes in many ponds and lakes.
His experiences were extremely varied.
I would say his life, overall, was a SUCCESSFUL one.
I am sure that that was his objective.
And he achieved it with zeal and flourish.
