Last week another woman was caught out lying her way through our justice system.

What some of these young women or their current partners want is revenge or to be told none of it was their fault i.e. 'unshaming'. A conviction of the accused also earns points with the sistahood. In the 20th century it appears that women who had regretted trysts mostly put it down to experience. The new wokeness ethos has changed all that.

Thus coping is no longer the new norm. If anything doesn't go to plan it has to be somebody's fault not a mixup of events. We need to toughen up.

This 'believe women' garbage has ruined many men's lives and soured the population's attitude to complaints from young females who might be lying as so many of them have done. Unfortunately, the genuine complaints will be treated with suspicion now. Good on you, you nasty, sexist b..ches and pussy-whipped male hangers-on in the media, the law and politics! You must be very proud of yourselves.

I find this, attack the victims, article reprehensible in the extreme. No means no not maybe. And stop means just that.

The fact that young women do not want to be retraumatised in court badgered about their private consensual sex lives doesn't mean they're lying! And the one or two that do doesn't mean the rest are!

We could if we wanted to or were allowed, test all sworn evidence with unbeatable space age lie detection. But hey that would put hundreds of shonk barristers and solicitors out business and end the endless delays in getting justice for the victims.

The Author is in the wrong country, she should in the US defending grubs like Trump his moronic mendacious Maga support base.

If the Higgins case is indeed responsible for a rise in reported sexual assaults, then there are two possible reasons – women who previously would not have reported assaults are now more inclined to report them; or more women are falsely reporting sexual assault. It is possible that there are elements of both in the recent statistics. The NSW police analysis that Arndt quotes also argues that the increase in reporting was possibly a result of media coverage of assaults at the time (not just the Higgins case), but argues that it was mainly willingness to report that was affected by the media reporting:

“The number of sexual assault incidents recorded by NSW Police jumped dramatically in March 2021, up 46% from February 2021 and 65% from March 2020. The sharp increase most likely reflects a temporary increase in victim willingness to report sexual assault due to heightened public attention on sexual assault and consent (rather than an increase in prevalence). The spike aligns with saturated media coverage of a number of high profile sexual assault allegations which came to light in late February and March 2021.”

Arndt yet again shows a spectacular disregard for proper treatment of sources and data in her efforts to portray men as victims; but to imply that the spike in sexual assault reports is mainly due to an increase in the number of lying women is vile even by Arndt’s low standards.

Vile? - It may have some merit, no?
What's the big deal?

The genuine sexual assaults are what is actually vile
Trying to get to the truth of things is a reasonable endeavor

But if women are running around saying all men are rapists that's perfectly ok?
