Greens create food disaster : Comments

By Viv Forbes, published 20/4/2023

City food supplies cannot survive without reliable refrigeration at every level, from farms to retail stores. But green propagandists continue to inflict lethal damage to our electricity industry.

All these long-winded essays can be replaced with three words: 'Australia is doomed'. Australia is doomed because Australians are disinterested in politics, and because of their disinterest, we have a 32% government, aided and abetted by an 8% mob of Marxist ratbags, turning us into a s..thole country.

Food prices will keep increasing due to population growth and resource depletion. There's too many of us for what resources are left. According to Paztek et al some 10 kilojoules of energy go into every kilojoule of food. Diesel tractors, trucks, fertilisers, processing plants, refigeration and delivery services run on energy from coal, oil and gas. I'm not seeing combine harvesters run on solar electricity.

What I have seen recently is a brand new supermarket next to bare wheat fields but with signs proclaiming a new housing subdivision 'Springwood'. They no doubt applaud Australia's migrant intake of 300,000 new people a year. Let's hope those people can afford food, energy and housing.

"There's too many of us"

Yes. And there will continue to be too many of us: another 650,000 over the next few years - if Albanese can't squeeze even more than that in.

Mostly agree with this Viv.

The are few sources of iron in the vegetable kingdom unless you want to eat a bucket of broccoli. And without enough meat one can miss out on B12. And without that one sanity rarely survives. (Most greens)

Moreover, the same applies to B1, without adequate intake, dreaded Beri Beri threatens.

Their energy policy is also insane and has to come replete with the highest and economy killing prices in the world. Are against coal, gas and oil, but shut the door on the carbon free nuclear option because it's too cheap! And not scarce enough! And won't shut down industry and manufacturing! Their unspoken secret agenda!

Immigration has become a two-edged sword. On one hand there’ll be too many people & on the other hand we desperately need to out-breed the recent & current brain-deadening that’s ruining any possible positives in immediate future generations of Australians.
Drug abuse & irresponsible mentality has already reached a dangerous & close to irreversible state. We need to act NOW & introduce a kind of National Service for the proven stupid !
