I can see two solutions:

1) Israel abandons the territories, including Eastern Jerusalem, financially compensating its citizens who choose to leave the place, but allowing the others to stay. What then happens between Jews and Arabs in the West Bank will become their private business, not Israel's.

2) Population exchange benefiting the whole Middle-East: "Palestinians" who are truly affiliated with Syria to move to presently-Kurdish areas of Syria; and a Kurdish state to be established in the occupied territories.

Netanyahu himself is a chameleon.
He does not care about peace or war,
he does not care about Israel,
he does not care about Jews or Arabs,
he cares about himself, about remaining in power, about avoiding jail,
he also cares about his family and their rich tastes.

What is needed to save Israel is in the hands of one man:
Isaac Herzog - Israel's president.

If Herzog pardons Netanyahu (knowing well that he does not deserve so, but oh well) off his corruption and bribe charges, then Netanyahu can and will establish, within a week, a new center-coalition, casting his current Nazi partners to the closest garbage bin.
