Worthy of further study, given reading skill allows self-learning on all manner of topics/studies. Science, medicine, law, foreign languages, etc.

'Progymnasmata' checks out, but 'progym' comes up as Welsh for 'gym'; and there is even an actual gym/fitness centre using that word.
