The emotionalism and violence; fans enjoying the privileges of Australian citizenship barracking for foreign sides playing against Australia; serious riots not seen in Australian Rules; the appalling spectacle seen on the news last night staged by - it has to be said - dark haired males with olive complexions - no thanks.

The very thing that broke a pre-multicultural, united Australia is certainly not going to fix the problem.
