When the annual Australia-PNG ministerial forum takes place in November there could be greater involvement by business leaders from both countries in dialogue with ministers.

Our foreign aid must be provided as goods and services produced here in Oz by Australians. Greasing grubby foreign paws with money we must borrow has to end.

If we must borrow more money, then let it be for income earning infrastructure projects like MSR thorium/nuclear waste burning power stations that serve the national interest, economic growth and skills training of resident Australians!

These could be massed produced here and become our principal form of foreign aid at a time when energy has never been more expensive and the above never ever more needed by impoverished supplicant nations/the Pacific/East Timor etc., etc.
