Universities that articulate a clear vision of what they are trying to achieve for society can recapture the respect that higher education once enjoyed.

Once Universities became for fee, commercial profit-oriented enterprises and exports, they lost what it once was, what they had! Now it's the bottom line and the profit curve above all else! So, what we see is virtually, I believe, all but worthless degrees for sale.
