Yes.
It has every legal right to do so, since professional sport has become subject to inquisition style oversight, supervised by a dogs breakfast of lawyers.
The above level of sport has long past its usefulness, outside of making a swath of pigs wealthier than they already are; which on the amateur level where Jack sits, (or did fit before she was used up and spat out by this unnecessary controversy), subjects them to destruction of hopes, dreams and wasted investment of years of their young lives in hard training.
Jack has raised a go fund me page to fight this outrageous attack on her personally.
Where is the democracy in any of this?
Australia should follow the lead of corrupt Governments like the Chinese, that actually assist their top athletes to beat drug testing. Australia should follow suit, and do the same, based on its own level of political corruption.
