Ignorance of the law has never ever been an excuse to break it! Never! I saw the video of the arrest, no physical force was used and the police were very restrained and polite!

As for the alleged illegal weapons? Unregistered weapons remain illegal! And folks with a previous crimminal conviction cannot legally buy a firearm. Not that I'm concluding this was the case here.

If you do not understand what incitement means, you can always look it up in the dictionary. For mine, the lady did know, knew exactly what she was doing and was arrested for it, as you and would be if we did likewise!

One shouldn't expect different or preferential treatment if one is a female, pregnant, or of an ethenic minority! Her kids will learn a valuable lesson from this! That nobody, but nobody is above the law!
