Meanwhile, back at the ranch, petrol prices plummet as coved 19 reality sets in.
As for the rest of it, we'll just keep an eye on grass as it grows.

I've taken a photo of your comment for framing Alan B. That one sets the record for brevity with you.

Congratulations.

I see this as a response to the current market and the fact that this is their only revenue stream. And the knowledge that the only way to fill the coffers currently, is with volume, not margins! And that the stone age didn't end, for the lack of stone!

And that the asinine prohibition on Thorium power and R+D has been lifted in the USA! With its Atomic Agency now in this game, with Kirk Sorensen heading up their thorium research dept.

And a deadline on the production of conventionally powered cars phased out before 2035, in favour of fully electric vehicles.

Where their limited range will be removed and surpass any fossil fuel vehicle, via under vehicle magnetic interfaces and graphene highways that allow charging on the go and with that, almost unlimited range!

And also add a robustness to all highway infrastructure that will quite massively pay for itself with a vastly reduced maintenance bill!

This will be our future and possibly with thorium powered cars only needing to be refuelled once every century.

And therefore concentrating the minds of the Saudis who are diversifying as rapidly as the can as is BHP! To name a couple who can see the writ large writing on the wall!?

Thanks, Dan. And I'll get my camera ready for the day you use up the entire 350-word limit with something very relevant to the topic!
Cheers mate, Alan B.

I don't want to buy fuel from a US backed warmongering cartel that wants to control supply and price and topple third world countries with large oil reserves..

I'd rather be putting Russian, Iranian or Venezeulan oil in my vehicle.

Makes me think about the US strategic reserves of oil.
Me thinks the above countries reserves are actually US reserves, in regards to regime and sanctions operations not yet completed.
