Can a Commisioner of Resilience be as dangerous as a fire chief who banged in about climate change, rubbished the Prime Minister, and generally politicised fire fighting.

Hard to know which is worse, this pompous we man, having 'fecked up' the landscape with 12 years destroying NSW Rural Fire service to save the greenies, now becoming 'grand Fu' bah of and Australian ( FEMA/usa)mega dept, cos he will next want to move to Federal control....
…..OR " Brad" Hazard to Shipping" Hazzard NSW Health and his partner in Crime DR Kerry Chant (Chief Med Officer) who have killed and nearly destroyed the economy of Oz by letting not only the "Ruby Princess" loose on us, but the other 63 since January! this Gravy boat is so good here in the Rum Corps state... You guys are adults and should know how things operate. Politics is everything! Kiss the boss's posterior first and second, stuff the job. Its all about appealing to reporters who can hardly read, can hardly write and are happy spewing fake news daily. People need to realise the power the deep greens hold, and very successfully hide, in Australia!

Brilliant article. I certainly hope that you are doing a submission to the Royal Commission and that information like this is included. I also hope that you are called as a witness.
The environmental movement has lost its social licence to comment on this issue and several others. Misinformation is their greatest tool of trade. Posted by campaigner, Tuesday, 7 April 2020 11:42:28 AM

Brainwashed belief, never ever made a round world flat! And burning as hazard reduction is now extremely limited and largely unavailable.
Moreover the smoke hazard such remedies create for all those downwind, may have serious health consequences! Fire management is the lazy, lazy farmer's response, and justified, cause we allus did it that way? Cell grazing is more effective in hazard reduction as are herded goats. Goats can graze almost anywhere and have legendary appetites for woody weeds. And because they are vastly more effective than fire! Universally hated by the firebugs and arsonists among us, who as a cohort, usually don't give a rat's for the neighbour or those harmed by the smoke, downwind! Asthmatics, those with lungs compromised with cystic fibrosis, lung cancer, dusted lungs, black lung disease, and last but not least via pneumonia/covid-19. Heard a story recently, about a block all but covered in blackberry. The owners acquired a goat, put her on a chain and moved her twice weekly or so, presumably got some daily goat milk for their trouble and sold the goat to the pet food industry or some such when she grew too old to be useful? Long story short not only did she clear out all the blackberry but the bulk of the feral and woody weeds as well none of which ever returned!? Or so I'm advised. Burning releases all the stored carbon in the woody weeds and sends, year in year out, scarce soil nutrient skyward along with literal tons of CO2! Whereas, a combination of grazing goat herds coupled to the application of dung beetles, puts the nutrient back plus carbon that then allows the soil to allow rain that formerly ran off, to soak in and also to retain more moisture. To put it bluntly, there's allus-allus a better way, Genius! Y'll have a nice day now, y'hear. Take care and stay safe. Alan B. Posted by Alan B., Tuesday, 7 April 2020 11:43:20 AM

Talking of resilience, Pell has been found not guilty of charges of child abuse:
http://au.yahoo.com/news/george-pell-high-court-case-sexual-abuse-wins-000952813.html Evidence is surely what counts, not someone's say-so ? On those spurious grounds alone, the Rosenbergs were executed back in 1953 - and, of course millions of women were burnt at the stake as witches during the Middle Ages. The last known case of the burning of witches occurred in Hungary in 1929; not so long ago. Evidence is what matters, material evidence which can be challenged and which has to hold up. The task now surely should be to find material evidence to back up any further charges against Pell. Impossible ? Then drop it all and move on.
