Agree with most of what was said and the basis for it.
"ASIS officers, whether current or past, are not in the habit of whistleblowing. It runs counter to all of their professional and personal instincts." So basically you're saying they'll go along with pretty much anything whether legal or not; The leadership takes this for granted, and if anyone dares disagree or speaks out the hammer comes down on them; To make sure no one else thinks twice about speaking out against our governments unlawful or unethical practices. - I guess that's how it works - "Your agents – the traitors you're paying to procure their country's most closely guarded secrets – are nervous nellies at the best of times. Seeing news of a case like this cropping up regularly in the global media can persuade them that their involvement with ASIS is just too risky by far." Don't really like the idea of paying off members of foreign governments to betray their countries; especially if it's for corporate greed or global geopolitical interests. Downer's probably compromised by the Clintons or 'Deep State'; In any case he was part of the Russian Collusion narrative against Trump http://www.washingtonpost.com/news/global-opinions/wp/2018/08/10/a-spying-scandal-exposes-australias-immoral-behavior-toward-east-timor/ http://gumshoenews.com/2018/06/08/alexander-downer-helped-aussies-fund-the-clintons-why/ http://www.michaelsmithnews.com/2017/01/julie-bishop-gives-in-to-soros-et-al-and-gives-up-on-our-border-with-east-timor-.html http://redflag.org.au/node/6482 http://www.reuters.com/article/us-timor-australia-lng/how-australia-east-timor-treaty-unlocks-65-billion-gas-fields-idUSKCN1GJ0L8 http://steemit.com/news/@wakeupworldnews/clinton-foundation-and-australian-government-money-laundering-scandal-de0a1277bdc96 Charles Ortel knows all about the Clintons http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EDK50-w5gIM&list=PLBlSynguD0vanqruwm6O9DRmOnODZvFGj George Webb has spoken about Downer and Five Eyes http://www.youtube.com/channel/UCrQ-wHKVi0JDWjQGcuoYnew Posted by Armchair Critic, Thursday, 18 July 2019 6:02:22 PM

And some foreign governments allegedly bugged our secret service HQ as it was being built?
As for Mr Morrison, or for that matter any other Aussie giving a fig for your concerns? Just don't hold our breath mate.
At the end of the day, East Timor has secured the lion's share of the royalties that flow from the gas and oil that was like our former border, under dispute.
This is a can of worms that they most of all, never ever want reopened again! Least they lose what they've waited so long for or gained.
Mr Morrison probably doesn't care or want to know, or give a fig for your personal feelings/ruffled feathers?
