Cooking books and limiting responsibility: Goldman Sachs in Malaysia : Comments

Goldman Sachs is the sort of institution which has thrived on the largesse of government assistance - the old socialise your losses but privatise your gains sort of philosophy.

Yes, this would seem to be an unproven, unsubstantiated account of the "verifiable" facts?

Almost every day we see claims of fraud and embezzlement Often in unaccounted for billions.

With the losses socialized and the profits privatised. And similarly dishonest tax evasion on an even larger scale?

Yet we chase hundreds in extremely petty crime at enormous (penny wise pound foolish) cost to the taxpayer while the Mr Bigs of the tax avoiding and financial embezzling world, not only walk free but strut the boardwalks, the talk feast podiums and the halls of political and commercial power?

And must continue until we the people end our political apathy and kick out all the incumbents, with a clean sweep that put principles back into business as usual politics! By replacing it with what it is not! Until then nothing alluded to in the preceeding, ever changes!

Having had experience and business with the Malaysian govt, I am somewhat perplexed at the notion of the title and it's message.
You see, NO-ONE, other than a Muslim, can start a company in a Muslim country.
As I had a joint venture company with the Malaysian Govt, so I carry some weight on the topic.
The Malay must have the major share holding, so you can see how Malaysia was NOT the go-to country for business, and yet there was a reasonable amount of Eurasian industries.
How this Goldman-Sachs thing will work is interesting to me.
Especially since the Muslim law on money lending and the payment of interest is governed by the Quran.
But knowing the Rothschilds, they ALWAYS find a way, legal or not.
Interesting, very interesting, another scam coming up.
I will be following this whenever I come across something relating to it in the future.
