What is with Australia and NSW specifically? Allowing parents and caretakers to hit children with implements and around the neck and head? Why has Australia allowed their children to be abused for so long in the name of legal discipline? Forget about the amendments to bills - you just need to abolish the corporal punishment of children altogether. Your children need to be protected by caring and loving adults and if there are none of those that exist in Australia then the children need the United Nations to get involved. Child abuse has been allowed in this country for way too long. It's time for other countries to get involved and protect the Australian children as it doesn't look like they are protected by their own country.
