Nobody but feminists and political activists give two hoots what gender employees are, as long as they can do the job. Some of these girly-men trying 'get in good' with the girls need to consider the possibility that most sensible females might not want to do the same thing as men.

Lefties can't understand nuance. Hence they always fall back on one of the most useless measures ever, "averages". Once processed a survey and someone kept going on about what is the average; got fed up and simply gave them the 2 average responses and proceeded with processing the information from the hundreds of customers responses.

What we need in aerospace, or any other industry for that matter, is smart imaginative engineers, who want to develop systems. What their anatomy below the neck happens to be is entirely superfluous.

What we don't need is carers who have to be away at critical times tending dependents at critical times, regardless of their anatomy.
