If you are born a girl then male genitalia is disgusting to you and you will want it removed like you would a malignant tumor. You feel far happier with female genitalia. The best time for this gender realignment surgery is before puberty. Psychologists have now extensive indicators of what a person thinks they are and the present system does not treat the matter lightly.
I would therefore say that making children or adults put up with body parts that they despise, should be treated as child abuse
