At least she could not blame men as women are the majority in education. So Evelyn you are a big girl now, deep breaths and actually do something! Go to your old school and explain your issues and argue the case with the other big girls. Then you can all agree it is really the fault of men lol.

Why the false dichotomy? Gender neutral uniforms are to the only alternative to badly designed girls' uniforms.

And does any school still have such ridiculously strict standards for uniforms (whether badly designed or not)?

It really is an indictment of our society that people like Evelyn have so little of interest or importance in their lives that they have to invent such meaningless problems, to make their lives interesting & give themselves some importance in the scheme of things. It is an indictment of academia that people are paid good taxpayer money while producing such garbage.

If a sedentary life at a university is not exciting enough, or offer enough stimulus for her, I suggest she join the British army as an infantry soldier. This should relieve her boredom, & if deployed overseas, something real to worry about.
