By Ioan Voicu, published 13/7/2016

The U Ki’s decision to leave the EU is an epochal event, but it must not be treated with 'the vocabulary of calamity'.

The only crisis is for the Bureucratic Anti-Democratic Junta in Brussles. The "European Project" is nothing but a Fasict farce at the moment.

I think we will find that the UK is in a lot of clubs and the EU was surplus to their needs. Theresa May will be breaking new ground in striving to create an environment in order to calm the UK's electorate and keep the EU satisfied with the progress. Good luck with that!

I think the difference between the British and Continental perspectives is that for Britain it was always “us and (or versus) Continental Europe” whereas from the Continental perspective Britain was just one of the 28 EU members, albeit with a second strongest economy and all sorts of special privileges.

In my opinion, for Europe as such the perspective is not particularly rosy: after its Eastern wing (Russia) was hacked off by its transatlantic friend (c.f. Victoria Nuland’s “f..k the EU” contribution to the Ukrainian crisis of 22/2/2014), its Western wing (Britain) is now being hacked off by an act of self-mutilation. I think this is true not only in the traditionally cultural but also economic meaning of the word Europe.

Oh god, another one.

The elitist academics who can only see the world in a series of patterns, like a chess board. From his ivory tower he can not see that his tower is only standing because of the thousands of peasants supporting it.

He also can't see that organisations like the EU, UN, & others are doing nothing good for those peasants, but are actually detrimental to their interests. Even now he can't see why the peasants are restless, & this is just the start.

Like the cultural revolution in China, the multitude are about to get out from under the useless elites, drop those ivory towers, & claim a bit of the action for themselves. Like the knights on that chess board, where the knights depend on pawns to survive, elites depend on the multitude for support.

Time to come on down Ioan to see what your ideas actually produce for your support peasants, or put on your crash helmet, to prepare for your fall, 'cause you are all about to come down one way or another. It would be smart to plan for as soft landing as possible.
