While ETHNIC CHINESE and INDIAN Malaysians generally have to study overseas in Australia, the US and UK.
As the ethnic CHINESE and INDIANS generally have higher marks there is a brain drain out of Malaysia.
Many of the problems the author identifies are due to these racist Malaysian Government policies.
However the Malysian Government's policies that reduce Islamic extremism in Malaysian Universities are sound.
