Reality without virtue : Comments

A positivist ontology views reality as objective, external, permanent, measurable, predictable and physical, while a constructivist ontology views reality as subjective, internal, experienced, interpreted, dynamic and metaphysical.

1. The human brain, unique as it is, is designed for the survival of the human race, not for knowing reality.

2. Technology is designed to compensate for overpopulation, not to empower people.

3. The media affects only those who watch it.

4. Politicians are not "leaders", they are predators and as such were never expected to be moral and virtuous.

5. Virtuous moral perspectives and an idealistic national vision are an anti-thesis, as are intrinsic values and national aspirations. The highest idealistic national visions were found in Nazism, Stalinism and today in North Korea.

There are several schools of thought at work in Australian society at present, Progressivism, Islam and the beginnings of a Racist movement, all three are dedicating themselves to the destruction of idealism and any broader communal or national values. Parliamentary politics really is irrelevant in today's society and it's members and workers rightly seen as parasites by those outside the system.
