So much effort to defend indefensible values.

Those "Judeo-Christian, Enlightened and British-inspired, core civic values known simply as Australian values" are inferior and therefore will and should be challenged time and again.

- but hopefully for the better rather than for the worse as they currently are, hopefully not violently, as this would take us backward rather than forward.

Democracy for example (not that we actually have even that in Australia despite all propaganda claims), permits a majority to oppress minorities, which is very "unenlightened".

How possibly can a state that is built on the bedrock of violence hope to eliminate violence itself?

If you want, as I do, to prevent violence, then all you need is one core value: Non-violence.

The "Muslim migrant" is "being singled out here" for obvious reasons. This contributor could not name another group with terrorists or potential terrorists within its ranks. Muslim migrants also makes themselves targets. No other immigrants come to Australia under the banner of a religion. We don't have Christian migrants; Hindu migrants; Bhuddist migrants etc; we have migrants named by country of origin, or by their ethnicity. Not by religion!

As for the problems being related to children of migrants - phooey. The parents are not living up to the touted good parenting of Islam, and their shock horror when their offspring go off the rails could well be feigned, knowing what we now know, thanks to the mistake of allowing cultures totally opposed to our own into Australia.

No they are not being changed, they have always been determined to
change this country to an Islamic state.
There is even a word in Arabic for the taking over of countries by
immigration. I understand that Mohommad advocates it in the Koran as
a way of Islamification of the world.

Any Moslem taking an oath for naturalisation or in court should not
be allowed to swear on the Koran because in the Koran it says that
it is OK to lie to infidels if it is to the advantage of moslems.
