By Grant Wyeth, published 25/3/2015While the Prime Minister's performance, and the recent attempted spill motion, has been cause for much chatter about the Liberal Party's leadership, there is in fact a deeper existential crisis within the party that needs to be explored.

And the only way to address that is to create another democrat party, and as a place to park your true small l liberals!
And would the Nats exercise more power if they just tore up the coalition agreement!
I mean, without the nats would the conservative liberal party ever win another election, govern or control the senate?
And wouldn't some separation cause, nay force the cream to rise to the top and allow the most persuasive speakers and the most powerful ideas to prevail?
As opposed to being endlessly suppressed by ideologues with locked and bolted mindsets, whose main claim to fame is being good at playing or destroying the man; or the most eloquent and persuasive speakers?
