Argentina holds an estimated 27 billion barrels of technically recoverable oil and 802 trillion cubic feet of technically recoverable shale gas.

Ahh yes, well with any commercial company in the oil industry you must
always keep the the salt shaker handy.
27 Billion barrels hey ! Sounds a lot doesn't it.
Mind you, Stafford is fairly reliable.

The usual catch 22s apply.
Well it would keep the world going for 10 months, IF they could get all of it out !
