That's rich, the UK and EU governments jail people for saying certain words or phrases out loud yet they are expressing concern over "freedom of expression".

I find *privacy* is all too often just an excuse for a whole new layer of bureaucracy and delay..."sorry sir, we cant talk to your partner on your behalf because although you might have signed a dozen papers authorizing her to do so, section 23 1B does not permit it this case blah blah blah"
