Could any of these bans and sanctions have ever taken root without the world's present unipolar financial system? The world has to move beyond a system that the US has so abused. By employing it they bully the world.
And what fools they are in Washington. It seems they can impose sanctions on Venezuela because of violence initiated in that country by US client groups, as mentioned in this article. Is there any question that the fix is in?
It's hard to go past that old adage about power corrupting.

This a a fine example of why foreign policy in the USA and in Australia needs to co-created and regularly reviewed with all key stakeholders otherwise we can end up with isolationist policies that are not in the national or international interest.

It has made itself the most hated nation on Earth, the most conceited, the most brutal, the most untrustworthy, and the most greedy.

It has killed millions as it tramples all over anyone who gets in its road. In the process, it is almost bankrupt.

The RSPCA should end its misery before it ends the world!
