Without a National Service there can't be any effective education, the evidence is blatantly obvious especially in Australia where there are more incompetent & unemployable than anywhere else considering the amount of money thrown at this so-called education.
What kind of education system does not allow teachers to fail students ? The australian system ! This is insanity, stop taking drugs Education Australia !
