It consists of an brown Blob , about 2 metres tall , on top of a post about 8 metres off the ground.
Thats it, no information office or attached signs etc.
This is sitauted at a small service station , in the middle of nowhere, on the Bass Highway.
I can only assume that the builder had a sense of humour !
