This beautifully and tragically sums up the entire social justice approach in Australia, where rent-seekers interpose themselves between the source of funds and the people for whom the funds are intended, using methodologically-flawed research such as that described as justification.

This is the case in every social justice issue I can think of and it has to be stopped. It leads to those rent-seekers doing well from the funds that should have been used to help the targets of the funding, while those targets are left with second-hand ideas from second-rate people as their only payoff.

Congratulations, Dr Walter, but watch your back...
