Five -Eighth? Full forward?
How about ' Left-right out?' or 'Draw-back'?

Maybe we could let him carry the drinks - if we are prepared to risk him tripping over something he has said

The football analogy is appropriate. Wingers are not leaders. Their opportunities are created by others.

One of the most pleasing factors of Mr Abbott putting his party in an almost unloseable position is that it gets up the noses of the leftist journalist who have egg all over their face. Turnbull was unable to get anywhere near Rudd which says a lot.

Richard Stanton says of Abbott

'We want him to act differently'

Who is the we? The vast majority of the population who know they have been lied to about the carbon tax? Those that demand a little compentence in Government spending?

I think the 'we'want the carbon tax scrapped and the reckless waste discontinued. The we are indicating they like Abbott as Captain. Suck it up.

As a former Winger , I have to object to Wingers not being Leadership material!

However, for Leadership , any other position would be better than aspiring to be one of the Boofheads in the Pack.

Front rowers are only good for pulling ploughs.

'The Labor government is doing an appalling job in communicating policy innovations such as clean energy and the national broadband network, ...

says another leftie commentator

Labor's problem isn't in it's ability to communicate. It's problems are it's lying leadership and idiotic policies. Which everyone except labor idiots and their spruikers don't see the reality and if the do won't admit such.

'The opposite of homophily is heterophily'

that may be so in these made-up terms but in our political arena today these two terms miss the obvious. The opposite of both of is

Spinophily: the inability to honestly express reality and to lie.

Now where does Richard Stanton stand in the homophily, heterophily and spinophily stakes?
