It never ceases to amaze me how much flowery nonsense people can come up with to euphemise dumb warfare and dumber warriors.

I guess going into dysfunctional overdrive a few times a year is to be expected when your country is Supa-glued to an imperial nutcase that spends $700 billion a year on its military, weaponry and overseas bases - all of which results in destroying a lot of countries and killing an indecent number of innocent people.

Yes! Killarney you are correct in what your post says, please lets not have the man written bible and all its hogwash regarding sections of readings and justifying wars.
Wars are for the Monied Elite, Governments and Royalty, why do the Royal family send their sons to train for battle but will never ever be in the front line like the ordinary soldier, they are always guarded.
We have our Prime Minister who sheds crocodile tears with every soldier who is killed in Afghanastan, c'mon Julie put on your battle dress and head for the front line of firing, the war there would soon end I am sure.
When I did National Service in the fifties I had no idea why I was really there, but we were being trained to kill if needed, that word "kill" frightens me, the more you kill the more medals you will receive and be blessed by all of those who have never ever been to war.If I had been killed in war I would not want all of these bigwigs shedding crocodile tears over my dead body, they sent me there in the first place, instead of going themselves.
When, will the ordinary people, the 99% of us wake up to what is going on in the world.

Most wars are created by a few elites for power and profit.Only fools and evil people glorify war.

Some of the twisted logic prevailing today is that there are too many people on the planet destroying the environment. The elites in the USA want to use mini nukes.ie a limited nuclear war? There are ex CIA saying, the USA will bring on a nuke war and bluff China and Russia into sueing for peace under Western terms. So in order to save the planet, they will destroy it.More Orwellian double speak.
