This is rocket science. It makes complete sense. This is what Norway did to sensibly manage to wealth from their oil boom for the long-term benefit of the nation. Unfortunately, our media has done a terrible job of explaining to Australians how the approach of governments in Australia amounts more to a squandering of the wealth flowing flowing from the mining boom.
