Should a disabled athlete be allowed to compete against able-bodied athletes, even if he is tooled-up like Skippy?

I don't believe Oscar Pistorius' should be able to compete in an event if he competes against able-bodied atheletes.

If he can compete, then able-bodied atheletes should be able to compete in disabled events, which is not allowed.

Similarly, women should not be allowed to compete in men's events, when men can't compete in women's events to win their prize money.

What is occuring on the horizon, is genetically altered babies (or designer babies) through IVF, and the possibility that the genes of a human can be altered to produce some type of super performance, such as a person running the 100 metres in 5 secs.

Some might argue that such a person is an unnatural, but there isn't much definition at present of what is a natural person.

Perhaps there will need to be special events in the future for people born through IVF, if unfortunately IVF is not banned.
