People who are not funny, and who have no skill in writing comedy, will attempt to write articles which to them seem gloriously satirical and demonstrative of their razor sharp wit. They will fail.

Prediction 19 and a bit.

As it cools the warmers will transforem into deniers, run around naked to prove it's warm and shrivel into hollow cadavers.

But where are the blood sacrifices required to ward off climate change? We need sacrifices on a high altar, complete with rituals. Failing prisoners taken in battle maybe we can sacrifice Bob Brown? He's always going on about saving the planet; now is his chance. Suggestions anyone? No, not me, my sprit is far too sceptical too appease the climate change gods. We need true believers.

Prediction 20: The Queen's Treasury will invent a new game, called "How many times can we pass money back and forth, taking a bit off the top each time, before it all gets into the hands of the Public Service?"
