Bravo Jocelynne. This is of vital importance. And bravo Bolivia for its Mother Eartyh legislation. May it be a model for the rest of the world.

Dear Jocelynne, your hired, can you start Monday? I have a case for you.

Your grounds for prosecution as stated are;

“particularly odious offenses in that they constitute a serious attack on human dignity or grave humiliation or a degradation of one or more human beings. They are not isolated or sporadic events, but are part either of a government policy (although the perpetrators need not identify themselves with this policy) or of a wide practice of atrocities tolerated or condoned by a government or a de facto authority.”

The brief for the prosecution is;

An environmental crime of global proportions is being committed; peoples of the developing world are being denied access to their own natural resources. As a result they are suffering indignity, poverty and degradation of social equality and justice. The developed Nations are suffering likewise as their standard of living is being degraded by the imposition of “indulgencies” imposed by a de facto authority without sovereign electoral mandates.

This crime is not isolated and is part of government policy, the perpetrators have identified themselves with this policy, it is not only condoned by government, it is also condoned by a de facto authority.

The accused;

The UN, the UNIPCC, the EU, Pen State University, Hadley Centre’s Climate Research Unit, British Met. Office and a range of NGO’s. The BBC, ABC, SBS and sections of the MSM, in particular Fairfax Press should also be in the dock.

Perpetrators of special note; Michael Mann, Phil Jones, Pashauri and the remaining six contributing IPCC authors. The three IPCC contributing authors that have since recanted can be considered as witnesses for the prosecution.

Circumstantial evidence can also be drawn from the USA’s withdrawal of funding from both the CRU and the IPCC. Phil Jones is facing 10 years in prison if ever he is charged under the UK’s Serious Fraud Act. (which at this stage he has not). You have approximately 31,000 contrary viewed scientists, some 9,000 of whom have PhD’s, upon whose testimony you may call.

Please advise the trial date.

While ever corporatism, capitalism and America are allowed free reign in our world, the rape of the planet will go on and on.

Corporations control most Governments and the U.S. leads most of the world into endless war, arms races, and imperialism.

We can't have nations deciding whether they'll opt into or out of the jurisdiction of the ICC. No nation should be above the law no matter how big its army is.

When the world decides to curb America, then your article might have relevance!

Jocelynne, you no doubt know that the "Civil Liberties" bloke up here in Qld has got lots of big cases, for years now, ever since he became a go to bloke on the subject for the ABC.

I don't know if articles on OLO will have quite as much effect, but this one should attract the radical ratbag mob, when they are looking for a legal eagle.
