China has 56 ethnic groups with han being the largest. The government is accused of human right violation on some han, tibetans, and uyghurs. By bringing up only the tibetan case, is the author only care about human right violation on tibetans? Everybody wants the situation in Sudan to improve. It is the different approach between China and the West. China's invlolvement in Sudan has been a solution rather than a problem to improve human right situation in the country.
